I help busy, concerned, ambitious parents who are overwhelmed with parenting in the digital age fight through the distraction and the noise of their days and teach them to set digital boundaries for greater connection with their children.

It is a 90-day, data-driven, group coaching program with one-on-one monthly calls to discuss specific concerns. It will provide parents with the knowledge and tools for making deeper family connections and teach them to nurture the skills growing children need to be successful.
